These spicy cheddar-jalapeño meatball poppers combine juicy turkey meatballs with a crispy turkey bacon twist for a delicious appetizer that packs a punch!

- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 jalapeño, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 8 slices turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, cheddar cheese, jalapeño, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Mix until well combined, then form into meatballs.
- Wrap each meatball with a piece of chopped turkey bacon and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the meatballs are cooked through and the bacon is crispy.
- Serve hot and enjoy!

- For extra spice, add more jalapeños or a dash of cayenne pepper.
