- 1 cup grits
- 2 cups water
- 1 cup shrimp, peeled and deveined

- 2 tablespoons butter

Instructions
- In a pot, bring water to a boil, then add grits and cook until thickened.
- Stir in butter and Cajun seasoning into the grits.
- In a skillet, fry catfish fillets until golden brown.
- Add shrimp to the skillet, cooking until pink.
- Serve catfish over grits, topped with shrimp and turkey bacon.
