Description

Enjoy a delicious combination of spicy fried catfish served over creamy Cajun butter grits, topped with shrimp and turkey bacon.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup grits
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 cup shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled

Instructions

  1. In a pot, bring water to a boil, then add grits and cook until thickened.
  2. Stir in butter and Cajun seasoning into the grits.
  3. In a skillet, fry catfish fillets until golden brown.
  4. Add shrimp to the skillet, cooking until pink.
