- 2 pounds tomahawk beef steak
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce

- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine garlic, olive oil, soy sauce, chili powder, black pepper, salt, and rosemary to create a marinade.
- Place the tomahawk steak in a large ziplock bag and pour the marinade over it. Seal and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
- Preheat your grill to high heat. Remove the steak from the marinade and let it come to room temperature.
- Grill the steak for about 4-5 minutes on each side to achieve a nice sear, then reduce heat and cook for an additional 10-15 minutes for desired doneness.
