- 1 tomahawk beef steak
- 4 cloves garlic, minced

- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 250°F (120°C).
- Mix the minced garlic, olive oil, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper, and rosemary in a bowl.
- Rub the spice mixture all over the tomahawk steak.
- Place the steak on a wire rack over a baking sheet and roast in the oven for about 45 minutes, or until it reaches an internal temperature of 120°F (49°C).
- Remove the steak from the oven and let it rest for at least 10 minutes.
