Ingredients

  • 6 slices turkey bacon

  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook turkey bacon until crispy, then crumble.
  3. Add spinach and mushrooms to the skillet, sauté until spinach is wilted.
  4. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
