Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, cook turkey bacon until crispy, then crumble.
- Add spinach and mushrooms to the skillet, sauté until spinach is wilted.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
- Stir in the cooked turkey bacon, spinach, and mushrooms.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and top with cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until set.
