- 12 ounces large pasta shells
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 3 cups marinara sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the pasta shells according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a bowl, combine ricotta cheese, chopped spinach, mozzarella, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff each pasta shell with the cheese mixture.
- Spread a layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
- Place the stuffed pasta shells in the dish and cover with remaining marinara sauce.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until heated through and bubbly.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add Italian herbs to the cheese mixture.
- Serve with garlic bread and a side salad for a complete meal.
