  • 12 ounces large pasta shells
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 3 cups marinara sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the pasta shells according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a bowl, combine ricotta cheese, chopped spinach, mozzarella, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Stuff each pasta shell with the cheese mixture.
  5. Spread a layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
  6. Place the stuffed pasta shells in the dish and cover with remaining marinara sauce.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until heated through and bubbly.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add Italian herbs to the cheese mixture.
  • Serve with garlic bread and a side salad for a complete meal.
