Instructions
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Add tequila, blue curaçao, cream of coconut, pineapple juice, and lime juice.
- Shake well until chilled (about 15 seconds).
- Pour strawberry purée into a serving glass.
- Slowly strain the shaken mixture over the purée to create a layered effect.
- Garnish with a strawberry slice, pineapple wedge, and mint sprig.
