- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, pureed
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
- Finally, fold in the pureed strawberries.
- Pour the mixture over the crust and smooth out the top.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or until set.
- Serve garnished with fresh strawberries.
Notes
- Ensure all ingredients are at room temperature for better mixing.
- For a stronger strawberry flavor, add a few more strawberries to the mixture.
