- 1 box strawberry cake mix
- 1 can strawberry pie filling
- 1 block cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup whipped topping
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, sour cream, and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Spread the strawberry pie filling in the bottom of a greased 9×13 inch pan.
- Drop spoonfuls of the cream cheese mixture over the pie filling.
- Sprinkle the dry cake mix evenly over the top.
- Drizzle melted butter over the cake mix.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly, then top with whipped topping before serving.
