Strawberry Cheesecake Nachos are a fun, no-bake dessert made with crispy cinnamon-sugar chips, creamy cheesecake dip, and a fresh strawberry topping—perfect for parties, potlucks, or summer treats.

- 8 small flour tortillas
- ¼ cup unsalted butter, melted
- ⅓ cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- ½ cup whipped cream or whipped topping
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
- ¼ cup strawberry jam
- 1 tbsp water
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Brush both sides of each tortilla with melted butter.
- Mix cinnamon and sugar together and sprinkle over both sides of the tortillas.
- Cut tortillas into triangles and arrange in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 8–10 minutes until golden and crispy. Let cool completely.
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Fold in whipped cream until well combined. Refrigerate until serving.
- In a small saucepan, heat strawberry jam and water until smooth.
- Add sliced strawberries and coat them in the jam mixture. Let cool slightly.
- Arrange chips on a platter. Serve with cheesecake dip and strawberry topping on the side or drizzled on top.
