- 200 grams digestive biscuits
- 100 grams butter, melted
- 500 grams cream cheese
- 200 grams strawberries, sliced
- 100 grams powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Crush the digestive biscuits and mix with melted butter. Press into the base of a springform tin.
- Prepare the Angel Delight according to package instructions and let it cool slightly.
- In a separate bowl, mix the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Fold the prepared Angel Delight into the cream cheese mixture until well combined.
- Pour the mixture over the biscuit base and smooth the top.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or until set.
- Top with sliced strawberries before serving.
