- 1 cup crushed graham crackers
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, chopped
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1/4 cup strawberry jam
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine crushed graham crackers and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of an 8×8 inch pan to form the crust.
- In another bowl, beat together the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Fold in the chopped strawberries and whipped cream until well combined.
- Spread the cheesecake mixture over the crust in the pan.
- Drizzle the strawberry jam over the top and swirl with a knife.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or until set.
- Cut into squares and serve chilled.
Notes
