Description

A rich and creamy no-bake layered dessert combining strawberry crunch cheesecake with banana pudding, topped with fresh fruit and vanilla wafers.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups crushed Golden Oreos
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 3 (8 oz) blocks cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup strawberry preserves
  • 1 cup crushed Golden Oreos (for crunch layer)
  • 1/4 cup melted butter (for crunch layer)
  • 1/2 cup freeze-dried strawberries, crushed
  • 2 cups banana pudding (store-bought or homemade)
  • 2 ripe bananas, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup whipped cream (stabilized or homemade)
  • Fresh strawberries, for topping
  • Strawberry syrup, for drizzling
  • Crushed vanilla wafers, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix 2 cups crushed Golden Oreos, 1/2 cup melted butter, and 2 tbsp sugar. Press into pan and bake for 10 minutes. Let cool completely.
  2. Beat cream cheese until smooth, then add 1 cup sugar and mix well. Add eggs one at a time, then blend in sour cream and vanilla.
  3. Pour cheesecake mixture onto cooled crust. Bake at 325°F (160°C) for 45–55 minutes until center is just set. Cool and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  4. Mix 1 cup crushed Oreos with 1/4 cup melted butter and freeze-dried strawberries for the crunch layer. Gently press over chilled cheesecake base.
  5. Spread banana pudding over crunch layer. Add sliced bananas (dipped in lemon juice to prevent browning).
  6. Top with whipped cream, fresh strawberries, strawberry syrup, and crushed vanilla wafers.
  7. Chill for 2 more hours before serving.

Notes

  • Use stabilized whipped cream for longer-lasting presentation.
  • Freeze slices without toppings for up to 1 month.
