A deliciously sweet and tangy strawberry earthquake cake that will delight your family.

- 1 box chocolate cake mix
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 cups strawberries, sliced
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix together chocolate cake mix, eggs, water, and oil until well combined.
- Pour half of the batter into a greased pan.
- Arrange the sliced strawberries over the batter.
- In another bowl, beat together cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Drop spoonfuls of the cream cheese mixture over the strawberries.
- Top with remaining cake batter, then sprinkle coconut and pecans on top.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow to cool before serving.

- Serve with whipped cream for added indulgence.
