Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter, softened

  • 1 cup strawberries, sliced

  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, and butter to form a batter.
  3. Add eggs and vanilla, mixing until well combined.
  4. Fold in sliced strawberries.
  5. Pour half of the batter into a greased baking pan.
  6. In another bowl, mix cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  7. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the batter in the pan.
  8. Top with the remaining batter.
  9. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  10. Allow to cool before serving.
