Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy, then crumble it.
  3. In a bowl, mix the spinach, cream cheese, Parmesan, garlic powder, black pepper, and crumbled bacon.
  4. Stuff each salmon fillet with the spinach mixture.
  5. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, sear the salmon for 3-4 minutes on each side.
