- 4 salmon fillets
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 cup fresh spinach
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy, then crumble it.
- In a bowl, mix the spinach, cream cheese, Parmesan, garlic powder, black pepper, and crumbled bacon.
- Stuff each salmon fillet with the spinach mixture.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, sear the salmon for 3-4 minutes on each side.
- Transfer the salmon to a baking dish and bake for 15 minutes or until cooked through.
