Ingredients

  • 1 large round bread loaf
  • 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
  • 1 cup crab meat
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (e.g., mozzarella or cheddar)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cut the top off the bread loaf and hollow out the inside, reserving some of the bread for dipping.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the shrimp, crab meat, cream cheese, mayonnaise, lemon juice, Old Bay seasoning, and parsley. Mix well.
  4. Spoon the seafood mixture into the hollowed bread bowl. Top with shredded cheese.
  5. Place the stuffed bread bowl on a baking sheet and bake for about 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Serve warm with the reserved bread for dipping.
