Description

Ingredients

  • 2 slices bread
  • 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup fresh spinach
  • 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Spread ricotta cheese on one side of each slice of bread.
  3. Layer spinach and sun-dried tomatoes over one slice.
  4. Top with the other slice of bread, cheese side down.
