Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 green onion, sliced

Instructions

  1. Slice the flank steak against the grain into thin strips.
  2. In a bowl, mix soy sauce and brown sugar. Set aside.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
  4. Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 30 seconds.
  5. Add the steak to the pan, cooking until browned.
  6. Pour the soy sauce mixture over the beef, stir to coat.
