- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
Instructions

- Peel and slice the sweet potatoes.
- Boil the sweet potatoes until tender, about 15 minutes.
- Drain and mash the sweet potatoes with butter and brown sugar.
- Spread the mixture in a baking dish and top with marshmallows.
