Description

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces spaghetti
  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 can (15 ounces) black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can (10 ounces) diced tomatoes with green chilies
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1/2 cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, cook turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and crumble it into pieces.
  3. In the same skillet, cook ground turkey until browned.
  4. Add black beans, diced tomatoes, and taco seasoning to the skillet; stir to combine.
  5. Incorporate the cooked spaghetti and crumbled bacon, mixing well.
  6. Top with shredded cheese and place a lid on the skillet until cheese is melted.
  7. Garnish with green onions and serve with sour cream.
