- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
- 1/4 cup diced onion
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, cheddar cheese, bacon, onion, eggs, ketchup, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a baking dish.
- Bake for 1 hour or until the meatloaf reaches an internal temperature of 160°F (70°C).
- Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
- For added flavor, top the meatloaf with extra ketchup or barbecue sauce before baking.
