This Tater Tot Casserole features creamy layers of cheese and savory turkey bacon for a deliciously indulgent meal.
Ingredients

- 1 pound turkey bacon
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 bag frozen tater tots
- 1 cup milk
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Cook turkey bacon until crispy, then crumble.
- In a bowl, mix cream of mushroom soup, milk, and half the cheese. Stir in crumbled turkey bacon.
- Spread the mixture in a baking dish and top with tater tots.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until tater tots are golden.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake for an additional 5 minutes.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add onions or veggies to the mixture.
- Leftovers can easily be reheated in the oven.
