- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 80 mini pepperoni slices (about 10 per toast)

Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 360°F (182°C).
- Place 4 slices of frozen Texas toast in the air fryer and cook for 3 minutes.
- Remove toast and spread a layer of pizza sauce over each slice.
- Top with shredded mozzarella and about 10 mini pepperoni slices per toast.
- Lower air fryer temperature to 300°F (149°C) and cook for 3 minutes.
- Increase temperature to 400°F (204°C) and cook for another 2 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and edges are golden.
- Repeat steps for remaining slices. Serve hot.
