- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup lemon juice

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, butter, and 1/4 cup sugar until crumbly. Press into a greased baking dish.
- In another bowl, whisk together eggs, remaining sugar, lemon juice, zest, baking powder, and salt.
- Pour the lemon mixture over the crust.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until the filling is set.
- Cool, cut into squares, and serve.
Notes
- For a sweeter taste, add more sugar to the filling.
