Ingredients

  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 can (12 ounces) evaporated milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup water

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a saucepan, melt sugar over medium heat until golden brown. Pour into a round cake pan and let cool.
  3. In a blender, combine eggs, sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, vanilla, and cream cheese. Blend until smooth.
  4. Pour the mixture over the cooled caramel in the cake pan.
  5. Place the pan in a larger baking dish filled with water and bake for 50-60 minutes.
  6. Remove from the oven and let it cool before refrigerating for at least 4 hours.
