- 4 large eggs
- 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 can (12 ounces) evaporated milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1/2 cup water
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a saucepan, melt sugar over medium heat until golden brown. Pour into a round cake pan and let cool.
- In a blender, combine eggs, sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, vanilla, and cream cheese. Blend until smooth.
- Pour the mixture over the cooled caramel in the cake pan.
- Place the pan in a larger baking dish filled with water and bake for 50-60 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool before refrigerating for at least 4 hours.
- To serve, run a knife around the edges and invert onto a plate.
