- 1 medium onion
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup turkey bacon, chopped
- 1 cup chicken ham, diced
- 1 cup heavy cream

Instructions
- In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped turkey bacon and chicken ham, cooking until golden.
- Add diced onions and cook until translucent.
- Peel and cube potatoes, then add to the pot.
