- 2 slices bread
- 3 slices turkey bacon
- 1/4 cup cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup American cheese
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1 leaf lettuce
Instructions
- Cook turkey bacon until crispy.
- Spread mayonnaise and mustard on one side of each slice of bread.
- Layer the cheeses on one slice of bread.
- Add the crispy turkey bacon on top of the cheese.
- Place the lettuce on top of the bacon.
- Top with the second slice of bread, mayonnaise side down.
- Grill the sandwich in a pan until golden brown on both sides and cheese is melted.
Notes
- Try adding avocado for extra creaminess.
- Serve with a side of fries for a complete meal.
