Description

A refreshing and indulgent no-bake dessert that combines the flavors of strawberries and tropical ingredients, perfect for summer gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups whipped cream
  • 1 cup strawberry puree
  • 1 cup sliced strawberries
  • 1 cup chopped bananas
  • ½ cup shredded coconut
  • ½ cup chopped nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl.
  2. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9×13 inch pan to form the crust.
  3. In another bowl, fold whipped cream into the strawberry puree.
  4. Spread half of the strawberry cream mixture over the crust.
  5. Layer sliced strawberries and bananas on top of the cream.
  6. Sprinkle shredded coconut and chopped nuts on the fruits.
  7. Spread the remaining cream mixture over the top.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.

Notes

  • For best results, use fresh strawberries and ripe bananas.
  • This cake can be made a day in advance.
