- 1 lb ground beef
- 6 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 24 frozen tater tots
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef. Drain excess fat.
- Add turkey bacon, diced onions, ketchup, mayo, and mustard to the beef. Stir and season with salt and pepper.
- Hollow out frozen tater tots to form cone shapes.
- Fill each tot with the beef mixture and top with cheddar cheese.
- Place tots upright on a baking sheet and bake for 15–20 minutes, until crispy and cheese is melted.
- In a bowl, mix remaining filling with shredded mozzarella. Top cones with this mixture.
- Return to oven for another 5–10 minutes, until the mozzarella is bubbly and golden.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauces.
