Indulge in this deliciously creamy Twice Baked Potato Casserole packed with flavor and topped with crispy turkey bacon.


Ingredients

  • 2 pounds potatoes
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Wash and peel the potatoes, then cut them into chunks and boil in salted water until soft.
  3. Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot.
  4. Add sour cream, cheddar cheese, milk, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt to the potatoes, then mash until smooth.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
  6. Cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then crumble it and sprinkle over the top of the casserole.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until heated through and the top is golden brown.
  8. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.

Notes
