Description

A delicious recipe for Ultimate Garlic Butter Salmon served with crispy baby potatoes and cheesy asparagus.


Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 pound baby potatoes
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 bunch asparagus
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Boil the baby potatoes in salted water until tender, about 15 minutes. Drain and let them cool slightly.
  3. In a large oven-safe skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  4. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper and place them in the skillet. Cook for 4-5 minutes on each side.
  5. While salmon cooks, toss the baby potatoes in olive oil, salt, and pepper, then add them to the skillet with the salmon.
  6. Transfer the skillet to the oven and roast for 10-15 minutes until the salmon is flaky.
  7. Add the asparagus to the skillet, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, and return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy!
