These Voodoo Egg Rolls combine flavors of turkey bacon and chicken ham for a delicious and unique snack.

- 1 pound turkey bacon
- 1 pound chicken ham
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- 1 cup chopped green onions
- 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
- 20 egg roll wrappers
- 3 cups oil for frying
Instructions
- In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then chop it into small pieces.
- Add the chicken ham, cheese, green onions, and Cajun seasoning to the skillet, mixing thoroughly.
- Take an egg roll wrapper and place a couple of tablespoons of the filling in the center.
- Roll the wrapper tightly, folding in the sides to seal it.
- In a pot, heat oil over medium heat and fry the egg rolls until golden brown.
- Remove and drain on paper towels before serving.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, consider adding diced jalapeños to the filling.
- Serve with sweet chili sauce for dipping.
