Description

These Voodoo Egg Rolls combine flavors of turkey bacon and chicken ham for a delicious and unique snack.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound turkey bacon
  • 1 pound chicken ham
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 1 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
  • 20 egg roll wrappers
  • 3 cups oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then chop it into small pieces.
  2. Add the chicken ham, cheese, green onions, and Cajun seasoning to the skillet, mixing thoroughly.
  3. Take an egg roll wrapper and place a couple of tablespoons of the filling in the center.
  4. Roll the wrapper tightly, folding in the sides to seal it.
  5. In a pot, heat oil over medium heat and fry the egg rolls until golden brown.
  6. Remove and drain on paper towels before serving.

Notes

  • For a spicier kick, consider adding diced jalapeños to the filling.
