  • 1 cup turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk

  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, sauté the diced onion until translucent.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the grated zucchini, cooked turkey bacon, sautéed onion, and shredded cheese.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and oregano.
  5. Pour the egg mixture over the zucchini mixture and stir to combine.
