- 1 cup turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded cheese (e.g., cheddar)
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 teaspoon salt

- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, sauté the diced onion until translucent.
- In a large bowl, combine the grated zucchini, cooked turkey bacon, sautéed onion, and shredded cheese.
- In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and oregano.
- Pour the egg mixture over the zucchini mixture and stir to combine.
- Pour the entire mixture into a greased pie dish.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until set and golden on top.
- Let it cool slightly before slicing and serving.
