Ingredients

  • 4 medium zucchinis
  • 8 ounces turkey bacon
  • 1 cup diced onions
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut the zucchinis in half lengthwise and scoop out the seeds, creating a boat.
  3. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and chop into pieces.
  4. In the same skillet, sauté onions and garlic until softened.
  5. Add the turkey bacon, cheese, and Italian seasoning. Mix well.
  6. Fill each zucchini boat with the mixture.
  7. Place in a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy!
