Ingredients

  • 1 green bell pepper, diced

  • 4 cups cabbage, chopped
  • 4 cups beef broth

  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  2. Add onions, bell pepper, and garlic. Sauté until vegetables are tender.
  3. Stir in the chopped cabbage and cook for a few minutes.
  4. Add beef broth, salt, pepper, thyme, and diced tomatoes. Bring to a boil.
  5. Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
