A delicious and easy recipe for Bacon Cheeseburger Rice made with turkey bacon.

- 1 cup uncooked rice
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add ground turkey and cook until browned.
- Add onion and garlic, cooking until translucent.
- Stir in uncooked rice, beef broth, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Cover and simmer for 20 minutes or until rice is cooked.
- Stir in cheese until melted, then crumble the bacon on top.
Notes
- For added flavor, substitute beef broth with chicken broth.
- Garnish with green onions for extra freshness.
