- 1 pound ziti pasta
- 4 slices turkey bacon, chopped
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the ziti pasta according to package instructions until al dente; drain.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and cook the turkey bacon until crispy.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, turkey bacon, marinara sauce, ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add some grated Parmesan cheese on top before baking.
- Can be made ahead and stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
