- 2 cups shredded provolone cheese
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat, and sauté the onions and bell peppers until they are tender.
- Add the thinly sliced steak and garlic, cooking until the meat is browned.
- Stir in Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
- In a baking dish, layer the cottage cheese, meat mixture, and top with shredded provolone cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
