A comforting and creamy dish made in a crockpot featuring turkey bacon.
Ingredients

- 2 pounds potatoes
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Wash and dice the potatoes into cubes.
- In a large bowl, mix together the cream cheese, shredded cheddar, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add the diced potatoes and turkey bacon to the mixture and stir well to coat.
- Transfer the mixture to the crockpot and cover.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until potatoes are tender.
- Stir before serving and top with additional cheese if desired.
Notes
- You can substitute regular bacon for turkey bacon if preferred.
- Feel free to add more spices like paprika for extra flavor.
