- 2 cups shredded Pepper Jack cheese
- 1 packet taco seasoning

- Salt to taste
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onions and garlic, sauté until fragrant.
- Add ground beef and brown until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in taco seasoning, diced tomatoes, and cream. Mix well.
- Add cooked egg noodles and half of the Pepper Jack cheese. Stir until combined and cheese is melted.
- Top with remaining Pepper Jack cheese and cover until melted. Serve hot.
