- 2 cups spinach
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 cup heavy cream

Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Stir in the shrimp and cook until they turn pink.
- Add the spinach and cherry tomatoes; cook until spinach wilts.
- Pour in the heavy cream and Italian seasoning; stir to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper and let simmer for a few minutes.
- Serve warm over rice or pasta.
