A delicious and easy recipe for Crock Pot Swamp Potatoes with turkey bacon.

- 3 pounds potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1 cup turkey bacon, chopped
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup green onions, sliced
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Place the diced potatoes at the bottom of the crock pot.
- In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then add it to the crock pot.
- Add the cheddar cheese, green onions, sour cream, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the pot.
- Stir to combine all the ingredients.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the potatoes are tender.
Notes
- Feel free to substitute regular bacon if you prefer.
- For a creamier dish, add more sour cream.
