- 2 pounds chicken breasts
- 1 cup corn, frozen or fresh
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 pound baby potatoes, halved
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts at the bottom of the crockpot.
- Add corn, cream of chicken soup, and chicken broth.
- Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add baby potatoes on top of the mixture.
- Cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- About 30 minutes before serving, stir in the cheddar cheese.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add chopped chives or green onions before serving.
- Can be served over rice for a heartier meal.
