Description

Enjoy a savory blend of chicken, corn, and creamy cheddar cheese all cooked to perfection in your crockpot.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 pounds chicken breasts
  • 1 cup corn, frozen or fresh
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 pound baby potatoes, halved
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Place chicken breasts at the bottom of the crockpot.
  2. Add corn, cream of chicken soup, and chicken broth.
  3. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add baby potatoes on top of the mixture.
  5. Cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  6. About 30 minutes before serving, stir in the cheddar cheese.
  7. Serve warm.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add chopped chives or green onions before serving.
  • Can be served over rice for a heartier meal.
