- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, garlic, parsley, lemon juice, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Add shrimp to the marinade, tossing to coat. Marinate for 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread shrimp onto skewers.
- Grill for 2-3 minutes on each side until shrimp are pink and opaque.
- Remove from grill and serve immediately.
