Description

These Garlic Herb Grilled Shrimp Skewers are a simple yet delicious dish perfect for a summer barbecue or a quick weeknight dinner.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine olive oil, garlic, parsley, lemon juice, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add shrimp to the marinade, tossing to coat. Marinate for 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Thread shrimp onto skewers.
  5. Grill for 2-3 minutes on each side until shrimp are pink and opaque.
  6. Remove from grill and serve immediately.
