Description

These Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs are an indulgent treat featuring turkey bacon and gooey cheese, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 8 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 package refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and crumble.
  3. In the same skillet, cook the ground turkey with garlic and Italian seasoning until browned.
  4. In a bowl, combine the ground turkey, crumbled bacon, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese.
  5. Roll out biscuit dough and place a scoop of the filling in the center.
  6. Fold the dough over the filling and seal well.
  7. Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle with garlic powder.
  8. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden.
