- 1 pound ground turkey
- 8 slices turkey bacon
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 package refrigerated biscuit dough
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and crumble.
- In the same skillet, cook the ground turkey with garlic and Italian seasoning until browned.
- In a bowl, combine the ground turkey, crumbled bacon, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese.
- Roll out biscuit dough and place a scoop of the filling in the center.
- Fold the dough over the filling and seal well.
- Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle with garlic powder.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden.
