- 1 pound kielbasa sausage
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 8 ounces fettuccine pasta
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the kielbasa and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add the garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.
- Stir in the broccoli and cook until tender, about 3-4 minutes.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Add the Parmesan cheese and stir until melted and smooth.
- Toss in the cooked fettuccine pasta, mixing well to coat.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
- For a lighter version, substitute heavy cream with half-and-half.
- Add red pepper flakes for a little heat.
