Description

Lobster-Stuffed Garlic Bread Boats are the perfect indulgent appetizer!


Ingredients

  • 2 large baguettes
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 cup cooked lobster meat, chopped
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
  3. Slice the baguettes in half lengthwise and scoop out some of the bread from the center.
  4. Spread the garlic butter mixture generously on each half of the baguettes.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix the lobster meat with the mozzarella cheese.
  6. Fill each baguette half with the lobster and cheese mixture.
  7. Place the filled baguettes on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden and bubbly.
  8. Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, then slice and serve.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, consider adding a sprinkle of paprika on top before baking.
