Lobster-Stuffed Garlic Bread Boats are the perfect indulgent appetizer!
Ingredients

- 2 large baguettes
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 cup cooked lobster meat, chopped
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
- Slice the baguettes in half lengthwise and scoop out some of the bread from the center.
- Spread the garlic butter mixture generously on each half of the baguettes.
- In a separate bowl, mix the lobster meat with the mozzarella cheese.
- Fill each baguette half with the lobster and cheese mixture.
- Place the filled baguettes on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, then slice and serve.
Notes
- For extra flavor, consider adding a sprinkle of paprika on top before baking.
