- 1 pound ground turkey
- 8 ounces elbow macaroni
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the macaroni according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crisp, then chop into pieces.
- In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, macaroni, turkey bacon, cheddar cheese, milk, egg, and seasonings.
- Transfer the mixture to a loaf pan and shape it into a loaf.
- Bake for 1 hour, or until the meatloaf is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
- For a creamier texture, add more milk or cheese.
- Leftover meatloaf can be used in sandwiches.
