Ingredients

  • 1 ripe banana, peeled and sliced
  • 1/2 cup natural or vanilla yogurt
  • 1/2 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
  • Ice cubes (to taste)

Instructions

  • Add pineapple, banana, yogurt, milk, and honey to blender
  • Blend on high until smooth
  • Add ice and blend again
